Patinated bronze urn form body with ormolu gilt accents raised on four bun feet.Four pineapple finials surmounted by an ormolu armillary sphere. Clock-face signed “Mugnier”. Etiennne Mugnier the Younger was a French clockmaker and student of Abraham-Louis Breguet ( 1747/1843). The Court Watch Maker for Emperor Napoleon and “Monsieur” the brother of Louis X111.
